My Mission
My mission is to empower children and teens by helping them take control of their own emotional well-being.
Our children are facing a mental health crisis and this worries me. Children who have effective tools to manage their emotional and mental states are less likely to develop entrenched mental health problems later on. I’m on a mission to give young people the tools they need now to overcome challenges like anger, anxiety, phobias, depression, lack of confidence, low self-esteem, exam stress, and more.
How I can help
I teach effective Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques specially adapted for young people so they can get ‘unstuck’ and move forward. These solution focused therapy tools help provide your child with the skills and strategies they need to take control of their thoughts and feelings in a positive and empowering way.
Sessions
What to expect
My child therapy sessions are generally in person at my Bath clinic but I also offer sessions via Zoom. Both are conducted in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. NLP therapy differs from other talk therapies by giving the child practical tools they need to resolve their own issues. Before booking, a free introductory session to meet you and your child is required for a brief assessment and to answer any questions you may have.
